KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategic management of the business
2. Coordinate business operations in different locations
3. Menu planning
4. Business development, marketing and promotion
5. Customer relations
6. Staff supervision
7. Statutory compliance
8. Safety, Health and Quality control
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
2. At least five years post-qualification experience
3. Must be a critical thinker
4. Must be a member of the Hotel and Catering Association of Zambia
