BUSINESS ANALYST (3)
HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the incumbent will analyse and assess how the organisation is performing and ensure the alignment and streamlining of all processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among other responsibilities;
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, as well as maintain system processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration
- Partner with stakeholders across business units
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent will be an added advantage
- At least five (5) years’ similar work experience
- Strong commitment, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent ICT skills
