Our client, a Faith-based Organisation based in Lusaka, requires for employment, a versatile, dynamic, self-motivated, results-oriented, highly credible and suitably qualified individual to work as;
PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the human resource function and also carrying out basic financial management responsibilities.
Key result areas include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Support management in building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Oversee the HR function
- Ensure compliance to all Labour Laws of the land
- Attend to basic financial management and accounting responsibilities in line with institution guidelines
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations
- Submit periodic reports as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Diploma in Finance or part ZICA, ACCA or CA.
- At least five (5) years’ similar work experience
- Strong commitment, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Membership to both ZIHRM and ZICA
